Delivery of Personalised PDFs

E.g. Personalised Big Party Board Games, Personalised Small Party Board Games

1 - Shopify (who host the PartyPDF website) will automatically send you an order confirmation email. This will come from the unflattering email address store+90531561859@t.shopifyemail.com. It contains your unique order number.

2 - You will now need to send me a list of your party guests. These are required to personalise your games. Please use the "Party Attendeess From" to do this. This form can be found in the "Contact Forms" dropdown box on the main menu.

3 - Once I have received both your order and your guest list I will start preparing your files. I will try to do this within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that I feel it is going to take longer than 48 hours then I will contact you to let you know and check that you still want to continue with your order. If you do not I will give you a full refund for the personalised products you ordered.

4 - When I have prepared your order I will load them up to Filemonk (the company who deliver my digital products) and then send you an email with the download link in it. This email will come from alerts@filemonk.io.

The download link email should arrive in your inbox. If it does not then please check to see if it is in your junk mail folder.
