Delivery of Standard PDFs

E.g. Murder in an Hour Games, Family Board Game Night Games, Whodunnit Puzzle Books

Shopify (who host the PartyPDF website) will automatically send you an order confirmation email. This should come from the email address tim at partypdf but has been known to come from the unflattering email address 90531561859@t.shopifyemail.com. It contains your unique order number.

The PDF file(s) containing your purchases are sent by Filemonk, a company who specialise in delivering digital products. They will send you an email from alerts@filemonk.io. It will contain a link taking you to a page where you can download your PDF files.

The download link email should arrive soon after the order confirmation email. When testing the delivery system the maximum time between the two emails was 15 minuts. If it does not appear to have been delivered then please check to see if it is in your junk mail folder.

If the download link email appears not to have arrived then please contact me using the "General Enquiries" contact form and I will email the download link directly to you. When you contact me you it would be helpful if you could give me a second email address. I will send the download link to both email addresses to double the chances of it getting through. Thank you.
