Overview

Mr Wackem-Hard, unpopular headmaster of Cainem College, has been murdered! Which member of staff committed the crime? What weapon did they use? Where in the college did the murder take place? And what was the motive for the crime? "Murder at Cainem College" is a level 3 difficulty book - a merrymurder super challenge! It is ideal for a joint family challenge.

Background

Mr Wackem-Hard, unpopular Headmaster at Cainem College, has been found murdered. Killed by one of his teaching staff. The investigator(s) need to work out:

• Which member of staff committed the murder.
• Which piece of school equipment they used as the weapon.
• Where in the school the crime took place.
• What the motive for the crime was.

Solving the puzzles will allow the investigator to eliminate suspects, weapons and locations until only the guilty items remain.

However the ten underlined puzzles are the suspects' own personal puzzles. The investigator will need to be on their guard, as the suspect who actually murdered the headmaster will be deliberately providing a puzzle where the solution provides misinformation. After all, they don't want to be caught!

There are also two red herring puzzles lurking within the book. The information provided by these puzzles cannot be trusted. Other puzzles will reveal which these two puzzles are.
