Fundraising Board Game Party Pack - maximum 80 players

Overview

This Party Pack will allow you to host a fundraising board game party which can be attended by up to 80 players. The party will last approximately two and a half hours. This includes a half hour refreshment break. Funds will be raised by charging an admission fee. Additional funds can be raised by charging for refreshments.

Four games will be played. These are:

• Snakes, Ladders & Farmyard Animals
• Rainbow Battleships
• Race around Europe
• Board Game Bingo

Two games will be played before the refreshment break and two games after. All players will be playing the games simultaneously. All players will score points for the above games. They record these points on their Master Score Sheet. At the end of the night the three players who have scored the greatest number of points will each win a prize.

As a bonus prize all players will be able to download PartyPDF's "The Pungent Pumpkin Poisoner Murder Mystery Puzzle Book" for free.

An optional puzzle sheet is also provided. Guests can tackle this at the beginning of the evening while waiting for other guests to arrive.

PDF1 - Fundraising Pack Overview

An introduction to the Fundraising Pack and, with reference to the number of players you expect:

PDF2 - Fundraising Party Timeline, Introductory Speeches & Game Rules

A full timeline of the event as well as introductory speeches for introducing the games to players and explaining the rules to them. This is the Master PDF that you will be reading from and referring to at the actual party itself.

PDF3 - Master Score Sheets & Puzzle Sheets

The Master Score Sheets that players will be recording their points on throughout the evening and the optional puzzle sheets that players can attempt while waiting for other guests to arrive.

PDF4 - Snakes, Ladders & Farmyard Animals Game

In this game players are trying to reach the finish square at the top of the board. If their playing piece lands on a ladder they will be climbing up the ladder. If their playing piece lands on a snake they will be slithering down the snake. if their playing piece lands on a farmyard animal they can move forwards a bonus number of squares but only if they make the specific farmyard animal noise! 20 different playing boards are provided.

PDF5 - Rainbow Battleships Game

In this game players have a set of ships. Unfortunately the Game host has a set of torpedoes. 30 torpedoes will be fired. Players will then score points depending on how many of their ships are still afloat. 20 different playing boards are provided.

PDF6 - Race Around Europe Game

In this game players will be racing around a board made up of various European cities. They score points by visiting all the cities of a particular country. There are also bonuses to score, a private jet to take advantage of, TRAVEL cards which may help or hinder their travel plans and the constant threat of losing their passport! 20 different playing boards are provided.

PDF7 - Board Game Bingo

A bingo game with a difference. All players have 15 board games on their bingo card. There are three games from each of the following categories:

• Classic Board Games
• 20 Player Games
• Family Card Games
• Gambling Games
• Murder Mystery Games

The Party Host calls out games until someone crosses off all 15 games and calls out "Board Game Bingo". All players then score points according to how many games they have crossed off with bonus points being awarded if they have managed to cross off all three games within a particular category. 80 different playing boards are provided.

Apart from the printed contents of the PDFS the only other items you will require are:
